The Mission
As our eyes and hands on the ground, you will be responsible for the physical heartbeat of our network. From initial installs to critical recovery, you’ll ensure our infrastructure is resilient and future-ready.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deploy & Implement: Handle the installation of telecom hardware and the primary implementation of network segments.
- Troubleshoot & Resolve: Identify anomalies and eliminate network emergencies by replacing faulty elements.
- Remote Collaboration: Act as “Remote Hands” under the expert guidance of our Network Operations Center (NOC).
- Regional Impact: Be ready to travel across Europe for on-site projects as needed.
Who You Are
We are looking for a technically grounded professional who is mobile, multilingual, and ready to grow.
- Background: You hold a higher technical degree and have at least 2 years of field experience.
- Language Pro: You are fluent in German and Russian, with a solid command of technical written English.
- Location & Status: Currently based in Frankfurt or the surrounding suburbs with German citizenship.
- Tech Stack: You’re skilled in the installation and maintenance of telecom equipment at a field engineer level.
- Bonus Points: Knowledge of digital communication principles and experience with networking hardware is highly welcomed.
